What it says
- Why can nobody freeze your wallet, not even the people who built it?
- Because a wallet isn't an account. It's a key to a lock on a public ledger.
- A bank keeps a list of names. Here there is no list, only locks.
- Whoever holds the key can spend. Lose it, and nobody can give it back.
- Nobody can freeze you. Nobody can rescue you either.
- Where is your key right now?
01). A night street of houses with no doors, only glowing locks. You hold a key. At the end of the street, a bank with a counter and a clerk: names on a list, a hand that can freeze an account. On your street there is no list. Whoever holds the key spends; drop it in the drain and no one can hand it back. Nobody can freeze you. Nobody can rescue you either.
